Mimi et Toi takes great care in making sure your order arrives safely. All orders are shipped with PostNL and/or their international partners. Mimi et Toi offers free shipping for:

The Netherlands – Orders over €100 euros
Europe – Orders over €150 euros
Rest of World – Orders over €200 euros

If shipping costs do apply, these vary depending on the shipping location:


For orders delivered to an address outside the European Union, delivery may take longer due to handling time at customs. In addition, customs duties may need to be paid when receiving the package. MIMI ET TOI is not responsible for these costs.

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. To protect your parcel, MIMI ET TOI insures all packages against unforeseen damages and/or theft that may occur during the shipment process.

If you have questions about the shipping of your order, please send an email to customerservice@mimiettoi.com stating your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Returns & Exchanges

You can return and/or exchange an article if it does not match your expectations or preferences. This is possible within 14 days after receiving the order.

The return and/or exchange of an article is only possible when the article:

is in an undamaged state
is not worn and/or used
includes the original and undamaged packaging. 

MIMI ET TOI reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these requirements.

Unfortunately returning of all loose items such as beads, charms etc. is not possible.

Your Name

After the return arrives at our office and is checked, you will receive your refund in the same way that you purchased the order. You will receive a notification of this per email. In case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you, for which you will also receive an email notification. Please note that the re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please keep in mind the following:

Return costs are your own responsibility.
Your refund will be transferred back to you within 7 days after we check the jewelry/leather goods.
